Beautiful blinds, worth the effort to automate & group

The media could not be loaded. Well designed blinds and relatively easy to install. Looks like they give you an extra few vertical inches as well at the bottom of the pre-sized 72" high models which you can unlock when setting the starting/stopping point if you have a window slightly longer than 72".
Only improvements I'd like are: * a rechargeable battery pack (instead of the 6-AA pack inside the top) * access to the batteries from the front behind the valence so you don't need to unclip the blinds to replace batteries (similar to the Ikea design) * Better instructions on how to setup the hub for Alexa/Google home - as the manual for the hub wasn't completely accurate on how to connect to Alexa/Google inside the tuya app, but I eventually was able to setup the hub, connect each blind, name them, and create a routine to open/close all 3 at once. Otherwise, as this cost a tiny fraction of all other quotes I got for similar solutions (using the pre-sized blinds) I'm pretty happy with how these turned out. Ordering 3 more for a sliding door so everything can be centrally controllable via the hub.

Looks great, works great except for the smart controls

The blinds work great and were easy to install. The remote works great but the smart app and bridge is not great. I connected the bridge to the tuya app and tried for days to connect the blinds to the bridge, after a few days it finally connected. Then the bridge got unplugged and now the bridge won'
t connect to the tuya app again! I wanted to love these but I am so annoyed.

Look great but one was not wound up, in the right direction

First of all I like the blinds , and they look really good… but on the down side is the remotes are really small and appear very fragile. It took me awhile to get each one programmed but that’s my fault because I’m 65 and think I know everything!!!! Lol. I couldn’t really understand the instructions
but once I did it was much easier. Now my big complaint is after getting all three of them up and working I noticed where one of the blinds was wound backwards. So I thought I’ll just flip it over. NOT. The other side is white not gray. I could send it back but I’m not taking that sucker down. So quality control should have noticed that. I hope you understand what I’m telling you but if not I understand.

Love them. Got them hooked up to WiFi as well. Works great. Installation pretty straight forward. Bridge works well. Remote works well also. Fair price! Look nice and clean and modern.

I was in the canvas Awning and Shade industry fir 42 years. I know the wholesale cost of interior and exterior roller shades. I have owned low end and high end shades. I just purchased this one shade to replace a mini blind in my bathroom. I have owned another shade for about 5 years in my office and
it has been a great shade without any problems. These are not high end but you can not beat the price. No reaching around the caninet behind the plant stand to close the blinds. Grab tge remote and close or open sitting at the table.

Blind was easy to install and came as described. Color matched well. Valance is something found on more expensive models. Works great. Using remote only and not linked to a smart system.

Decent product, poor customer service.

My blinds function well and overall I am happy enough not to return. Unfortunately, they arrived missing an endcap piece. After going back and forth with Amazon customer service, I was sent a link to contact the seller. I simply wanted a replacement endcap to fix the cosmetic issue. When I attempted
to use the link to contact the seller, I was rerouted to Amazon customer service AGAIN and given a message that Amazon handles correspondence for the seller. Overall I’m disappointed, I only wanted the item I paid for intact and was hoping that I could speak to someone and be sent the missing piece. Because the blinds function and are already installed I will not rip them out to return, but I would caution other buyers in the future to find another vendor/brand.

I really love these motorized smart blinds. They were easy to install and use. They aren’t blackout blinds and that is fine. I don’t want total darkness in the main part of the home. These are exactly as pictured and described and work flawlessly. Will be ordering more for the rest of the main living

The days of blinds with string hanging are done. They were too dangerous. As far as motorized shades go, these are a good value and durable product. They're easy to install even if you don't have any experience. After trying these in one window, I definitely want to use them in all. If I had done tha
t, I would have paid a handyman to do whole house install. I haven't had any problem with it sticking. It's not noticably loud. I especially like that I can get morning sun but not afternoon sunlight.

The media could not be loaded. I’m extremely glad I went with the larger 46” width! It overlaps the window a few inches each side but it does a complete blackout when closed! And it STILL looks great like it was made for the window! It was easy enough to install, I anchored the wall mounts and got a
great install that is nice and sturdy. Took me a second to figure out the Valance cover. I tried pressing and clipping like I did with the blinds, but found sliding it on and pushing it to the left to expose the right one and sliding it on it was much easier. (Probably the way it was suppose to be done!) I liked how the blinds clicked into place with the hardware mounts. And during testing, I figured out what the foam squares were for! Put behind the Valance lip so the blind doesn’t get bunched up! Overall, I’m giving this a perfect score. I do wish it had an option for an AC adaptor so I wouldn’t have to change out batteries but it does extremely well for bedroom windows!
