Those nylon or whatever kind of plastic material they use today on making fence’s not made of wood. So one of the pieces snapped and was hanging on by the other side of vinyl. I put this on between the two pieces and the fence is back together. Holds perfectly. I used crazy glue and other so cold we can hold a gather one drop so called glue brands. I needed adhesive to secure the tips to my vinyl fence pickets as several were coming loose. Most adhesives I found were white and wouldn’t work for my tan fence sections. In a few areas I over applied but wiped off the excess with a paper towel. Although it’s clear the small excess is visible after drying where it was wiped off. Strength wise it’s holding very well so no complaints there although my particular application isn’t very demanding. ... show more

We installed self adhesive linoleum tile in our bathroom and they just wouldn’t stay down. I tried Elmers Glue but that wasn’t strong enough. Purchased to glue PVC trim like brickmould and trim board. First setup several test pieces using the Red Hot, regular PVC pipe glue and PVC epoxy on butt glue joints. After 24 hour cure, all glues held amazing well, but the Red Hot joints were absolutely the strongest. Be careful of squeeze out. Sets quick and easy to use. Even though I was careful to close the cap properly after each use, glue thickened within a few months and had to toss out. Next time I'll order smaller tubes to reduce waste. ... show more

    • Nice for vinyl fence repair

My vinyl fence was broken during the hurricane Ian and I really was concerned about the price of replacing the panels because it was high. So I decided to try to glue the broken pieces together. To my surprise, it actually worked. The gates are fixed and I have this glue to thank.

    • Tried everything...then this
Used it for PVC trim.. following instructions...and clamped overnight...and it fell apart the next day...sticks great to your fingers though.
