This bench is used to provide seating around a 6' long outside dining table. Very comfortable for three adults or four children. Easy to move and stable. I have added cushions to improve on the comfort. Very easy to assemble as there are only 4 long wood screws that secure the angular legs to the underside of the bench seat. Fairly heavy, no worries that the wind will blow this over. Save the box box if you plan to store this away during the winter months. If you plan to coat this with a polyurethane product, you may want to disassemble all of the components. Mark all of the little boards and make a diagram so you don't forget how to re-assemble all the pieces. Enjoy! ... show more

I adore this bench, but it is a bit flimsy. It works well enough as a bench in my entryway to sit on and take your shoes off though, which is what I bought it for.

The bench is beautiful! I loved it because it is a different style from any bench I’ve ever seen before. As for comfort, it’s obviously hard wood so it’s not the most comfortable and if you sit on it for too long with shorts on, the indents show up on your skin but for me it’s more for sitting for a short period of time so I’m willing to deal with it.
