I am 2 weeks post surgery (abdominoplasty, hernia repair and muscle repair) and ordered this simply to have another compression binder as the one they gave me at the hospital needed washing. I wish I had ordered it sooner!! It's 1000% better than the terrible hospital garment, which was itchy and difficult to adjust. This is super easy to tighten/loosen thanks to the adjustable straps, offers way more support (including in my lower back), and gives really excellent compression where I have the most swelling - in my lower abdomen. I am very pleased with how this compression band works. It is very user friendly and easily adjustable. The back has nice support and there are a few different straps for fine tuning. The material is nice against my skin and is not itchy. I just had liposuction for fat transfer and this band is much more comfortable and supportive than the band the doctor sent me home in. I am using the medium size. I weigh 165 and according to the size chart I was on the cusp of a medium and large. I ordered both to see which fit better and the medium was perfect! ... show more

Right out of the package, this is fantastic! I recently had an abdominal hysterectomy and bought it for the stability and reminder to not lift more than I should. I purchased a 2xl and weigh 250 pounds and it fits great. The fabric is soft and comfortable and the Velcro is strong but doesn’t catch on everything it touches. It’s thin, not bulky, and supportive. I suppose you could use it for any abdominal or back surgery and/or for an abdominal hernia; it’s that versatile. Overall a great product that I would definitely suggest! ... show more

While my faja was washing/drying, I was looking for another support option. This has great deal of support. The only down fall is the 2 “plastic rods” in the back that were to comfortable while sitting back in the recliner. I am 5”6. If you have a short torso, this may not work for you. I would recommend this as a back up option, but I am not sure if this would be my go to garment once I go back to work. ... show more

I haven't had the chance to use this yet, but it seems to be made nicely. I will say if you are my size (3x) and carry a lot of your weight in your tummy, this may not fit. It just barely fits around me so we'll see how it holds up once I get to use it.

The binder is easy to put on and feels comfortable and lightweight. The only problem is I ordered a size too big. I measured where they told me to but it needs to be tighter so the binder goes 1 1/2 times around before I can put the belt part on. Post surgery I came home from the hospital with the abdominal support they had given me. Awkward, bulky, too long for I am under 5 feet tall and I needed help putting it on.
