It has done exactly what the reviews said. Also shake it like you’ve lost your mind lol then put it in the dryer I did it for 30min. When I took it out it was fluffy full. Put it in my mattress it added a few inches of height. Yet lots of comfort it’s like sleeping on a cloud. Mind you my bed is very firm an I needed some plushness to it for comfort also I’m not that light in the weight area. It doesn’t matter with this it keeps the plushness softness shape all that. I wish I would have known about this sooner. Yes it fit perfectly very deep pockets gotta love them. Purchased some sheets too they fit over my topper with no problems. There was a problem with this particular item which certainly does not suggest that all of these items would have that defect. However the customer service department quickly solved the problem by issuing a refund. I appreciate that my message to them was considered and that the company responded with an acceptable solution. This one small problem will not hinder me from buying more products from this company because I know that if I have a problem the company will quickly resolve it ... show more

I received the product with a manufacturing defect but since I sleep on the floor this is all I have under me so i didn't request a return and couldn't find a way to contact company directly. It didn't affect the product use, it just bothers my OCD.

Don't let the picture fool you. It's more like a flat sheet and adds no comfort to the bed and does nothing for the back. I'm very disappointed.
