There's a basic issue with the instructions. This arrives with a single piece of paper that says to shake it vigorously for 3 minutes and then place in dryer for a few minutes OR leave out for 48 hours before putting on the bed. Common sense told me that the shaking & dryer time is not going to replace 48 hours. It is an AND not an OR. I watched the cover expand during this 48 hours. By the time we put it on the bed it was much fluffier than it was when it was removed from the dryer. I am pleased with this item but I am 99.9999% certain that I would be unhappy if I had put it on the bed fresh out of the dryer. I hope this makes sense and helps at least one person. ... show more

Love the coziness of the fiber plumpness in this topper. The squares are just the right size to contain it through a night of sleeper’s rolling over several times — hence, no shifting or piling of the fiber. The square size keeps the fiber’s space controlled. Compression, though, does occur so I recommend throwing back the covers in the morning and letting fresh air replump the fiber. You might also fluff it up a bit before making the bed, just as the manufacturer suggested be done when the packaging is opened. ... show more

Ordered 2 mattress pads. Washed both before use. Washed on delicate cycle, cold water. One mattress pad came out perfect. The other mattress pad came apart at a seam. There was filling coming out. I had to stuff filling back in and sew the seam back together before I could use the mattress pad. Update: The company contacted me and refunded my money for the defective mattress pad.
