I’m a bit of a hammock freak. I own three Clark Jungle hammocks and many other brands. I wanted something that had a bug net and would basically be disposable to take for a day hike in Hawaii. These fit the bill. At the price point I would be okay if they were only able to be used a few times. To come with tree straps and bug netting for less than $30 was an amazing plus. If you’re looking for durability or super high quality, this isn’t it and it would be unrealistic to expect that at the price point. But it is light and packs flat and has a good pole system to keep the netting up and out of your face. The product video is a good overview of what you are getting. Do I believe these would hold 600 lbs….. questionable, but for a guy that’s 6’2” and 200 lbs this was long enough wide enough and comfortable enough to give it a shot. My grandchildren love this hammock and it's goes up very fast. It's comfortable enough for what it is, however, not the same as having a large wide hammock. I'm anxious to take it on my sailing trip to the Bahamas to see how it works out. I think the net will be a key factor on this trip.

As soon as it popped out of its pouch, the plastic tip that connects the wire into a circle broke. Now it’s just an exposed sharp wire that will likely poke holes in the hammock when I go to store it. This item is very cheaply made. The idea is nice, but better materials need to be used on future models. I’d be willing to pay more for this design if it was better quality. ... show more

The hoops keep the netting well off of me. I can hang the hammock much faster than stretching two additional lines to hang the netting. I also like the ability to pack a flatter hammock instead of a small cannon ball.
