    • Pretty good, got it for sand in a chicken coop
The handle feels a little wobblily.. but seems to be holding up. It's working pretty good for shifting sand in my chicken coop. Though my chickens are on the young side so it misses the smaller bits. Once they are full grown this will be perfect.

This does not work well at all for my flock! Too many "clumps" fall out, it is not nearly wide or long enough, and it is completely flimsy. I have searched and searched for something sturdy and cannot find anything that means business!

Product broke with in a month in a half of using. Would not recommend.

    • Sides very low, almiminun poles and sifter, cheaply made.
The concept is wonderful however the product, not so much. It's only useful for sand, not fine wood chips. When you scoop and sift the chicks sand floor you have to bend your back in a way to keep the sand from falling back off scooping end of the sifter. My aluminum pole that goes into the sifter has 2 added holes in the pole (defective) bc sand and water get in the holes, and up the inside of the pole. Fine for perhaps a 7 yr old to use but not an adult who means business. ... show more

    • Syphons unwanted material well, light weight & easy to use.
Great scoop. Makes it easy to remove droppings and salvage any clean pelleted bedding for my sheep. The scoop is on the small size, which makes it light weight and easy to get into corners. Trade-off is that it doesn't hold as much as larger scoopers. But, I like that it is light and doesn't tire my wrists, so the task still goes quickly.
