I've been using a dog food company that delivers the whole month at once, and with 3 dogs, it fills my freezer with no room for anything else. I ordered this Hanai freezer from Amazon, and it arrived with no problems, I plugged it in, and it wasn't getting cold enough to keep anything frozen. I contacted the seller, and she was very quick to respond. We tried a couple of troubleshoots but no help. It was still not freezing, so they had another in the mail to me pronto quick. I am happy to report that this one was getting freezer-cold within an hour. UPDATE: The seller has been very responsive to this issue and has rectified t!! I would recommend them to purchase from!! Purchased this small freezer in January for extra storage due to a counter depth fridge/freezer. It holds a lot for the size, and for the first few months no issues at all. Working great. Then I notice the floor under the bottom right size of the freezer was wet!! I though maybe I had dropped some frost from a bag of frozen veggies. Then I went back and checked again and a larger pool of water had formed!! It has been dripping water ever since then. I've contacted the company as the freezer is only 5 months old, no reply yet. This appears to be a consistent problem now sadly. I need to keep a towel under that side to catch the water. I hope this is an easy fix, as the freezer is still maintaining it's temp. This drip could easily trash the floors underneath it. ... show more

    • Arrived with big dent, worked for a while. Died yesterday.

I ordered this almost a year ago and when it arrived, like a lot of other people, it had a big dent in the corner of it on the bottom. I emailed and contacted the seller and they offered a credit for it and I took the credit which was almost half off and it worked for several months but now that it's almost a year, it died and everything in it spoiled and is ruined. Do not order something this large off of Amazon go to a physical store so you can return it and it won't end up coming to you damaged. ... show more
