Had the machine not even 11 months yet and it already stopped working. Woke up to a giant puddle and thawed out meats which are now no good. We have tried cleaning it out and adjusting the temp it still wont freeze and barely stays cold. Our fridge is colder. Wasted over 200 dollars of food and wasted money on this crappy freezer. So when I first received this product, it looked like it had been dropped from several feet up. An entire corner was crumpled and it was dented in several places. It looked pretty beat up. I wanted to return it immediately and get a replacement. Amazon put me in touch with the seller. To their credit they responded right away. After some back and forth messages (that I won't bother you with) they convinced me to see if it worked, and if so would I be willing to give it a try. I did not expect it to work at all with an entire corner caved in. I thought it would have some kind of leak or that it wouldn't come on or it would be full of glitches. But so far it's running smooth. It's made of of the temperature adjustments without issue, quickly too. It's a hearty little freezer. And customer service guaranteed that it has a one year warranty; so if anything happens, we call back and let them know, and they'll ship out a new one. No worries. I do not regret this purchase. I purchased this freezer to use for extra frozen foods that were being delivered from a grocery store that offers free delivery for only $59.00 per year. I save so much money buying from this store than all other stores. I work for a big grocery store in Florida and can't even afford to buy my items from the store, that I work for anymore, as the costs have soared. I love this freezer. I've had this for MAYBE a month and 2 weeks in one of the hinges on the lid Broke so we have to be super careful opening it, and one of the back Legs just broke when we slid it out to access an outlet behind it.
