Had the machine not even 11 months yet and it already stopped working. Woke up to a giant puddle and thawed out meats which are now no good. We have tried cleaning it out and adjusting the temp it still wont freeze and barely stays cold. Our fridge is colder. Wasted over 200 dollars of food and wasted money on this crappy freezer. I've had this for MAYBE a month and 2 weeks in one of the hinges on the lid Broke so we have to be super careful opening it, and one of the back Legs just broke when we slid it out to access an outlet behind it.
