This has been working like a charm for the last couple of months. Make sure it's level, get a portable dolly for it and lock the wheels. Make sure to plug it in with a surge protector 24 hours after unpackaging it like the sticker says on the side of the unit. Owners manual diction and grammar are a small challenge, but whatever. I sought this one out because it has a narrow width, rather than being a square freezer. Trying to save floor space in a small kitchen.
