It's small but I wanted it to be small. Wanted an upright and couldn't find one small enough with a decent amount of space for the price of this little deep freezer. It shipped fast and the box was able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. The company shipped it this way. That was a small plus and the packing inside the box to prevent dents and all was still in place. I plugged it up and adjusted the bottom feet so it didn't wable on the space where I put it. I turned it on to the 3rd setting and it's been filled up for 3 weeks now and it's full of food. Buy 1 you won't be disappointed. I am very happy with this item. ... show more

I wish I could give this ZERO stars! I bought this 5 MONTHS ago and it suddenly stopped working. I was unaware of it for a couple of weeks because the power light was still on. It wasn't until I opened it earlier today to a PUTRID smell to find everything thawed. I lost hundreds of dollars of food. This is just after FIVE MONTHS! Save your money and go with a different brand. Groceries are so expensive these days that it makes me sick (and livid) that I just threw all those dollars worth away. Now I need to figure out how to get the putrid smell out of my home. Oh, and conveniently Amazon won't do anything because it's outside of the return window. This is a great little freezer for my tiny apartment kitchen. It's working great and holds a lot of food. I find it is fairly quiet. I will be able to save my leftovers and not waste food after I had to replace my giant 20 year old refrigerator/freezer with a much smaller one. The delivery person left the freezer at the wrong address and I notified the seller who replied to me quickly and friendly.
