As received, the bottom foam pad wasn't fastened to the rest of the assembly, a minor problem. I contacted Amazon about it but the seller never responded. I began using it about 2 weeks ago for about an hour and it worked well. The second time I used it, several days ago, what I thought was a metal grid supporting the foam pad turned out to be a brittle plastic grid that shattered when I put a knee on 1 corner of it. That was very painful but fortunately my heavy denim jeans prevented it from cutting into my knee. I weigh 200 pounds, well within the weight limit. If they would have used a wood piece the size of the plastic grid it would be many times stronger and much safer. ... show more
