    • Heavy duty, easy to clean… but
First, let me say that I LOVE these pans!! They’re heavy, sturdy, and easy to clean. However, the one thing that I’m knocking a star off for is the reinforcement wire in the rim. It is galvanized steel, but started rusting with the first wash. I wash them in the dishwasher after a preliminary scrub to knock the heavy stuck stuff off. They come clean and do not react to the dishwasher detergent like my aluminum sheet pans. But the design catches water in the rim and causes the wire to rust. Some of the other reviews mention the pan warping in the oven. Ours did pop the first use, scared the crap out of us it was so loud! But after that, it hasn’t happened again. We like that there is no funky taste imparted to food, it doesn’t react to salt or acid on the food, nor to the detergent. They are very heavy if you’re used to one-handing an aluminum sheet pan, be careful!! But the bottom line is that we love them and highly recommend them. ... show more

I bought these pans to meal prep breakfast. I mix eggs and egg white together with a protein and vegetable and pour into greased pan. Cook in oven low and slow and makes great filling for an egg sandwich

You will be stunned at the thickness, rigidity and heaviness of these pans. These are the only pans I will be purchasing in the next couple of years. Yeah, they are pricey, but I will bet they last a lifetime. And, you won't be ingesting heavy metals from Aluminum plans or eating micro-plastics from parchment paper. ... show more

When I ordered these, I thought we were buying stainless steel pans. Fooled me. Mama siad she liked them and so it goes. I have noticed that the pans are uncoated Aluminum and they will tarnish if the soap for cleaning is not completely rinsed off. Clean up when tatnished is super easy, just Ajasx or equivelent and they look good again. ... show more
