The device is great and does exactly what I need it to do. However, after a little under a year, the battery pack "fully charges" but when you plug it into your phone, it only registers a half full charge. It will charge your phone to full quickly but only if your phone battery is above 50%. I tried to solve this issue by fully discharging and fully charging it, but after a few months of this the battery is only getting worse. I may just have to bite the bullet and get a new one but probably not from this company as the longevity isn't as long as I hoped. ... show more
