    • Not charging the controllers
For some reason this device is not charging the ps5 controller on both sides. UPDATE: I was able to contact the seller and they sent me a new docking station very quick. Both charging station are working flawlessly. This will fit both PS5 and PS5 slim. Kudos to "John" for helping me with this issue.

Assembly was easy and only took a minute or two. I prefer to keep the lighting off, but it turns on every time you turn on or wake your PS5, which is weird because it remembers the color setting. The controller ports glowing red while charging is a nice feature. I do wish it was easier to place the controllers onto the charging ports, but that's my only real gripe. The fans are not too loud. I am unsure how helpful they are for keeping the system cool, as I bought this very shortly after getting the system. Overall, happy with the purchase ... show more

After reading the reviews, I was happy to know that some consumers share that it fits the PS5 Slim. I bought this for my son but unfortunately, once I received it and even with my son's assistance we learned it does not fit the PS5 Slim. I was able to successfully return and receive my refund.
