    • Looks nice, but flawed
Easy to install, looks nice but I'll concur with other reviews. The design is flawed. It should be at least 2" deeper if you have a ChargePoint. When I close the door, the glass is putting pressure on the handle. Then when you open the door, the charger just drops off.

This beautifully fabricated and finished box is being used to hold the charging cord for my Grizzl-E EV charger. The charger is a bit large to fit in the box, so this is only being used to hold the charging cord resting on a garden hose support mounted inside this box. This lets the cord be protected from the weather, especially from the large amount of rain we get here in Portland Oregon. The reason I took off one star is that the latch assembly does not let the door be held tightly, and it cannot be adjusted. Nevertheless, the design of the box still protects the inside from water intrusion. I have a photo, but the site will not let me post it ! ! ! ... show more

    • Great Core Product with Bad Instructions and Mounting Hardware

The enclosure box itself is well-made and attractive looking. I have noticed that it does a great job protecting the charger from the rain. I am giving this product three stars largely due to ancillary factors like: 1. The instructions are not clear regarding the removal of the back panel to mount the charging unit 2. The instructions are in like 4 point font and are difficult to read 3. The included bolts for the ChargePoint are too short and required a trip to the hardware store 4. The wall mount hardware is lacking to say the least and also required a hardware purchase 5. It only includes one specialized key - don't lose it 5. Support is a WhatsApp number that is not responsive Sacrificing a couple of bucks in profit or charging a little more to have clear instructions and decent hardware would be a good enhancement. ... show more

I am more than pleased with this Box. It is well designed in that it would be easy to replace the charger base if it failed. The one thing I didn’t like is that it is intended to be installed with 4 tabs. I drilled 4 holes and bolted it to the outside wall for a “cleaner” installation.
