It was one of the only ones I found in the size we needed that included both logs and crystals so you could use either display. The instructions are a bit basic. The fireplace is nice. My wood piece arrived with a crack in it. Instead of going through the hassle of returning, I asked the seller to ship me just a new wood piece, but I was informed they couldn't due to freight and given a $20 credit. The heat is warm, but I feel it takes a little while to get the room cozy. The fire looks great. The remote is finicky and you have to have to pointed just so to actually get the fireplace settings to work which can be annoying. Overall, it's a decent fireplace for the money ... show more
