I love everything about my recliner! The heat, the massage and the positions. The chair is soft but firm enough that you don’t sink down in it—making it easier get out of the chair. This is a beautiful chair and a good price. That being said it is not comfortable in the sitting position. It is very comfortable when it is reclined. The heat and the massage is another lovely addition. I am hoping in time with a little breaking in it will be more comfortable in the sitting position. This is a well-made chair that is made out of leather. You can see the quality. It is good price. My daughter loves it as it helps her with her back pain and headaches. The massage option on high is loud. It's like having a base playing in the next room. We are finding that aggravating on high. You can tune it out when it's not on high. The heat is nice and very helpful. The color of the leather is really pretty. It has two cup holders which is very convenient. All in all is a good chair for the price. When looking for a chair locally, we were not able to find anything that would touch it for the price. There is a lot of faux leather out there that is not worth bringing home it will look like junk in no time. Being real leather this chair should last a long time. ... show more

This chair is everything! My mother can no longer sleep in a bed. We bought this for her and she absolutely loves it! It's big, cushiony, lays her all the way down, with heat and massage and she sleeps great every night!

The back of the chair is very firm and causes back pain. There is no lower lumbar support so it causes lower back pain. I'm 6ft, anyone over 6ft there feet will hangover. I'm returning it and hopefully I don't have to pay return shipping.

I purchased the Cfvyne Large Power Life Chair in early Nov 2024 only to have the metal braces on the leg lift mechanism break on December 23, 2024 (see photos). I also purchased the Asurion two-year protection plan. I filed an insurance claim with Asurion. The Asurion folks advised that I contact the chair manufacturer. I also contacted AMAZON. The AMAZON responder said to contact Asurion and file a claim, which I did. My first contact with a representative of the chair manufacturer was positive. I asked for a refund or a new chair. They wanted an order number and photos of the damage, which I provided. The manufacturer has not corresponded since Jan 15, 2025. So far, AMAZON has not stepped in to help me. On the positive side, the lift chair is comfortable, and the electronics controlling the chair position work well. I will update this review if a refund or new chair is provided. ... show more

The recliner arrived early in two well-packaged boxes and was in good condition. The base of the recliner was quite hefty but I managed to get it upstairs a step at a time by myself. The back and sides were much lighter so It was all downhill from there. The electrical components appeared to be of good quality. They were easy to put together with the color coding and by looking at the shape of the connectors. You really couldn't get it wrong. The only problem I encountered was the USB port was missing. I contacted the Amazon chat person/bot and was offered 20% off the purchase price! It was a no-brainer solution. I am quite impressed with the unpronounceable Cfvyne company and recommend this recliner. I found out that Cfvyne has been in business since 2019. Update: I continue to be pleased with this recliner. The seat heater is wonderful in the evening, and the chair itself continues to work just fine. ... show more
