The installation process sucked! I had to repeat many of the troubleshooting tips because the remote didn't come paired, so I had to reset to factory settings and then wait a long while for the updates to set in. I don't know if it is because i'm used to the Apple TV and the Roku, but installing those were really easy. Once installed the streaming and apps available is great. ... show more

It's refurbished, but I was expecting like new. It's laggy and freezes sometimes. My tv is beside my wireless router so it's not a connection issue. Other than that it works fine.
