After exploring various Wi-Fi systems, including the Linksys AXE8400 Atlas Max and the Nest WiFi Pro, I have found the EERO Pro 6E to be the best fit for my needs. In my 6500 sqft home, the EERO Pro 6E, with its three units, outshines its competitors in delivering reliable and expansive Wi-Fi coverage. The Nest WiFi Pro, while a decent option with a user-friendly app, had some inconsistencies in its performance. I experienced erratic behavior with certain devices showing strong connectivity one moment and then struggling to load websites the next. Similarly, streaming services like Netflix would fluctuate between high-quality 4K and lower resolutions without warning. In contrast, the EERO Pro 6E’s performance is steady and reliable. Its technical specifications, though not as high as some of its competitors, are more than sufficient to provide stable and high-speed Wi-Fi coverage throughout my home. This consistent performance, especially with a 2gbps fiber internet connection, is a significant advantage over the Nest and Linksys systems. The intuitive and dependable EERO app is a notable feature, offering an easy and hassle-free way to manage the home network. I work in the IT field and have to say this router is pretty impressive. The way it handles data is excellent and efficient. I am able to get strong wifi signal in places I was not able to before. Great device and worth it!

I have over 100 wifi enabled devices in my Smart Home, but Spectrum WiFi router could not handle the load, even after updating all my Spectrum gear. I used the Eero Pro 6e to replace the wifi router/bridge, and added two additional Eero Pro 6e's to create a true Mesh Wifi environment which blows away the competition. The large amount of back-haul data for a Home Network, is easily handled with no perceptible lag, blocking or timeouts. Highly recommend Eero Network equipment, as it is super easy to setup, test and verify. The built-in ad-blocking and Threat Prevention adds an additional layer of security and protection for every device on my network. I also use the Eero Internet Backup capabilities to maintain my internet connection when Spectrum takes a dump. ... show more

It's easy to set up. I am glad I got a certified refurbished unit and saved some money. I got four units for about 550. I originally had an issue pairing themselves when I tried to set up with the previous existing Wi-Fi unit at home. It started to conflict. It started to work once I set both WI-FI to be the same ID and password. I removed the previous WI-FI, and Eero picked up all the connections. Now, all the devices have just moved over to Eero. All connections joined the Eero network since it had the same ID and password. It's fast, and it provides a reliable connection. I had a conflict with some site for Google that needed to be whitelisted, so I managed to set it up in the Eeros app. I am set for the next few years until wifi 7 comes out. ... show more

We have been using and loving eero pro for 5 years however the system is starting to show its age - slow and spotty. After installing the refurbished pro 6E as the gateway base station, the speed test results are 3-4 times faster than the old eero pro. I live in a three-story concrete bunker and have tried various mesh networks, and they all struggled. I have 4 of these things in the house, and they works really well. Purists might complain that there is not a lot of control, I say plug it in and it does what it is supposed to do.

Tried 3 different routers to replace my crappy AT&T Fiber Modem/Router combo in an attempt to not fork over the hefty price tag on the Eero 6E package but ultimately nothing worked as well as this. If you're anything like me and value peace of mind over a price tag, go with the Eero 6E. Eero product are contract to made for Amazon. It does not work. They don't accept return product or help me change out for the working part. Dont buy their product.
