Things do not stick and you need minimal oil. These are a breeze to wash. Suggestion to you if you buy: hand wash with sponge, READ THEIR INCLUDED MANUAL. I bought these pans because I had been using stainless steel and everything would stick to them. Even with preheating them. I had also lost a couple of the smaller sauce pans in a move so I saw these and thought they were really classy. They were also on sale so I treated myself. I am literally shocked at how wonderful these are. I fried potatoes in them and they came out extra crispy- the way I like them and the food literally slides around on the pan. You could literally run it under hot water and it’s clean and beautiful again. I made scrambled eggs, which normally sticks to the pan, well not in these pans! They too just slid right off of the pan. I fried bacon as well and same thing! I took the bacon out of the pan, poured the grease into my bacon fat jar and the pan looked clean already without even cleaning the pan yet. If you’re on the fence, just go for it! You won’t regret your decision. Plus there’s no bad chemicals which is a wonderful plus. ... show more

I bought these about 10 days ago to replace my tired and un-matching Teflon and Copper set. They are beautiful and work perfectly. 100% non-stick and easy to clean. I haven't seen any flaking or damage or any marks. I have cooked eggs and other things daily in the small pan and haven't noticed any wear and tear. They are sturdy but still light. I love this cookware set, unfortunately I can't cook yet, due to my surgery...my husband cooks and I will go in later to load the dishwasher, the food comes off fairly easily. My complaint about the cookware is that the lids need to be a little thicker, too scared to let a lid drop.l

I said to myself, depending on how this color makes me feel when I open this cookware set, is how I’ll set the color theme for decorating the rest of my new apartment. I felt so much joy opening this pretty pink and gold set! The pink is soft, but not too light, and the inside is more of an off-white cream. The gold on the handles is also kind of a muted gold, nothing too bright or gaudy. I love that it comes with this off white silicone tool set too, the material looks sturdy and durable. UPDATE IT GOT WORST. (After 1 month)But they don’t let me load more photos. I have to throw out the small one. PRETTY TRASH THIS REVIEW IS AFTER 2 weeks!!!! 2 WEEKS. You will Have to baby them. Purchased the green with gold hardware. Very attractive. A nice pop of soft natural color in a off white monochromatic home. Definitely recommend this color. Time will tell how long they last but gentle hand washing with soft sponge. Recommend.

I knew I had to get away from Teflon and did some research . These pots are great! Not only are they good looking but they work beautifully. Nothing sticks and the food cooks evenly. I am sorry I didn't do this years ago.
