I would absolutely recommend this product. Likes: The price for how much you get is great. I can do 4 layers with 1 bottle on my ‘23 Accord. Application is incredibly simple with 2 towel method. Water slides right off and it’s great for a quick rinse clean for the Arizona dirt. Car feels incredibly smooth and near mirror finish. Dislikes: really only one and I’m not even 100% sure it’s the product that’s the issue. After 1500 miles (2 weeks) I washed the car with Chemical Guys Honeydew snow foam and CG Mr Pink in the bucket. After which there was a noticeable sheet of water during the rinse. Still protected but maybe 40-50% reduction in water beading. Variables: before application I wash and clayed the car but didn’t polish. I also let it cure overnight in a garage. I purchased this because my car has minor scratches and I wanted the protection of a ceramic coating with the high expense of paint correction. And while I think this product works, I’m not sure it makes sense with the growing amount of “ceramic sprays” both for rinsing or application post wash. After following instructions I was amazed how easy the process of applying the cerakote to my Jeep. Was easier than wax on wax off. Now after a couple of weeks all I have to do is spray the dust off and it looks better than ever

Cerakote is simple to use and leaves a fantastic showroom shine. I covered my entire car in about a 1/2 hour in my garage. The finish was brilliant as the fluorescent lights reflected off the car. When the car got wet the beads of water just slid off like glass. I have tried other product but so far this one seems to work the best. I recommended this to my brother-in-law and would recommend it to anyone that asks. I will definitely use this again. ... show more

Not all ceramic paint protectors are the same, Cerakote as a company is renowned for producing high quality products and this seem to be one of them. I applied this to my new and clean car with great ease. Spray it onto a small defined area, like a fender, use one of the enclosed microfiber cloths to spread it evenly and buff it when it develops a haze, it won't take long. This is the easiest ceramic paint protector to apply that I have ever used. The result is a high sheen that is very hydrophobic, water just runs off. So I write reviews for dumb guys like me...simple real world, no technical specs and a few spelling errors, if you like that kind keep on reading. I bought a 2024 Tundra and wanted to try my hand a ceramic coating it...the dealership wanted to charge me a grand so I figured I try my hand at it given the products out there top out at around 200 for the product and I'm no chump. I watched the videos from the manufacturer, some YouTube dudes and more. Basically came down to this and another $159 dollar product that was far less user friendly if you've never ceramic coated before. I've used products by this company for trim rehab and it works amazing but is not very forgiving...which is funny because this stuff couldn't be more forgiving from mistakes. I washed the truck prepped as instructed then went to town. It took about 90 minutes to coat all surfaces and it was great, slick shiny, all as advertised. However that was short lived, first rain and the water spots were worse than stock, the slick factor was gone almost immediately! And before you say " Ya got it wet too soon" it was put on in a 70 degree garage and sat for 24 hours out of the elements and the first rain wasn't for a week. It stayed fairly hydrophobic on the horizontal aspects of my truck but anything flat, not great. I had simple speed wax from reputable brands that holds longer and looks better. Idk just expected more from this company from the successful use of other products in the past. Ill attach some photos but don't be swayed....I will say if it's for a day and you are looking to look great for a short period go for it. You'll impress until the lights come on!!! I added this stuff on top of the ceramic coating from the same company, and it just enhanced the shine that much more. Easy to use and the results were amazing. This is not a true ceramic coating though, so don’t expect it to last for years like actually ceramic coating your car.
