These are amazing vitamins BUT....be very cautious ⚠️ if you live in a higher elevations!!!!!!! We have bought these twice. Both times when I take the lid off and try to take the sealed cover off and the hard lid has hit me in the face! Great vitamins

Decided to try these out because the value seemed better than nature made but man these taste so disgusting and are hard to chew compared to the nature made bottle i had before. I think I'll just stick to those despite the price.
