First, dont mind the lack of window trim. My house is currently under construction :). These curtains seem well made. They allow light and air through while offering some privacy. They are sparkly, which I didn't realize, but you can't notice when they're up. I think it helps bring more light into the room. ... show more

They let the light filter in during the day but reduce any glare. They hang and wash nicely. At night, they give some privacy from the outside yet lighten up the living room inside (despite the insulated curtains behind them in the winter - 2nd pic). These curtains are light filtering/sheer but have tiny specks of silver. Though my style is not bling nor flashy, these have the perfect amount of sheer and a splash of subtle sparkle. The colors were/are vibrant. They give just the right amount of privacy at night, as shown by pic #3 just outside the window you can see a a clock in the background left, but from only 10 feet away (4th pic), it is barely visible. ... show more

I bought the yellow hoping it looked like the pics bc I wanted more tan/gold then yellow. Thankfully they are not yellow. Colors are very muted which is nice. I love the glitter but it's a little to glittery for where I have them with tropical things around them. So light and airy that I'm keeping them anyway! I purchased these to cover the front windows after a downstairs reno, in order to allow us to be able to see out and let light in but not allow people to see in. They work perfect and so pretty! I love that they are a linen feel rather than polyester, and they have a nice little sparkle to them when the sun hits. I also like that the pattern isn't too busy, as it only covers the top part of the curtain. They did need a quick run through the dryer on low with a wet washcloth to steam out the wrinkles. ... show more
