I purchased the shampoo and conditioner in flawless diamond. I bleached my roots as I already have close to White Blonde hair and of course my roots took on a pale yellow. I decided to try this stuff out first thinking how easy it would be to maintain. 1. It did not help at all on my pale yellow roots. 2. After washing with the shampoo conditioner combo my hair felt like straw. 3. It left streaks of purple bluish green patchy streaks in my hair. Will not re-purchase. Did not blow me away. Left my blonde hair looking slightly silvery but also just a tad bit blue/green- I think it is a good anti-brass treatment maybe best for some other shade of blonde hair? Also, any darker hair does not pick up the color so if it has any warmth, it kind of clashes with the high lights that do pick up the corrective color. ... show more

I've used a silver toner before on my highlighted hair so I wanted to find something that will bring that silver color back. I have to use it at least 3 times to see some silver. It leaves my hair a little bit dry.

I have used this shampoo for a few years now. I may be on my 6th or 8th bottle- a little of this shampoo goes a long way. I use the Diamond lite for my naturally grey hair and it works LIKE A DREAM to keep the yellow tones out of my gray. It makes my hair look more icy than flat gray. Ppl compliment my hair all the time and I swear it’s this shampoo. Idk if they have a conditioner, but I use a regular conditioner after I wash with this shampoo. I think the key is in getting a good lather and I leave it on while I wash up before rinsing it out. It has a mild fragrance- so it’s not overwhelming or perfumy, but it smells nice. I have platinum blonde hair that turns brassy with heat. I leave this in before washing my hair with K18 and it brings my platinum back to life. Sometimes my roots are more silver than the rest of my hair but it usually fades out in a couple of days.
