It has a sturdy handle and a secure cap, which made pouring the oil into my car easy and mess-free. After I refilled my car, I used the same container to hold the old oil. It was great not having to find another container for disposal. I couldn't be happier with Castrol GTX. It made my first DIY oil change a breeze, and the results are fantastic. This oil is great. I use it for all of the vehicles I've had. It out lasts conventional motor oil considerably. It performs better than conventional. Easy to service at least for the truck I have.

Have been using this for my old 1987 model car since 1990...I have resist switching to synthetic or semi synthetic because I do not want to take a chance on engine leaking. This was a problem on early synthetic and I read that the newer synthetic do not have this problem anymore, but why take a chance.. The 5 quarts are a good value when they are selling for around $25, but it seem the price has went up. Not sure I will buy them anymore if they are the same as buying the 1 qts, since I have to use a funnel for the 5 quarts due to clearance on my rear engine car. ... show more
