This is my second time purchasing and the first lasted about 2.5 years. It's a battery and it works so my review is limited to how long it lasts. 2.5 years doesn't seem that long for this backup rechargeable battery. I would of liked it to be at least 3 years and 4 or 5 years would of been very good. It states it a 1 year warranty so I didn't bother reaching out. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike from Casil Batteries USA. and I must say it’s been a long time since I enjoyed a phone call with a company to answer some questions regarding their product. Mike took the call from his car because he wasn’t in his office yet which right Off tells you he’s forwarding his calls.
