I returned this product. There was nothing wrong with it, it was just more case than expected. It was very well made, but it was way heavier and bulkier than I wanted. my initial impression was that John wick was going to come demand his weapons back and that was confirmed when my sister asked if I was Packing Desert Eagles. Fits a 17.3 screen perfectly, has enough room with one spacer to fit mouse and charger on top as well. Edit to add, still holding up amazingly well and it came with multiple foam pads that have come in handy down the line. I've had a couple of spills and this has handled them like a champ.

I got this to protect my laptop on my road trips. It's pretty awesome knowing that my laptop won't get scuffed, scratched, dinged, or damaged in any way (SSD drive btw) while going up and down mountains. The only downside, is that there is no room for the laptop charger. I have a slim brick, and it would only fit if I cut out some foam specifically for the power brick and cabling. Then there is the foam. This comes with a few foam inserts, which is great!! But you need to sandwich you laptop between a couple of those layers for optimal protection. But while doing that, you really have to try and close the case. Even with the drawbacks, I love this case because it excells at the one thing I need it to do: protect my laptop ... show more

    • HEAVY, but worth it...
I dropped my laptop once and immediately bought this case. The only thing this case isn't is bullet-proof... Maybe? It might actually be bullet-proof. Keeps laptop nice and tight without damaging anything. Just make sure you don't overpack it with the foam then you might damage it. Take some foam out to fit your needs but leave at least one foam padding inside to protect laptop. ... show more
