The pen holder is a nice addition and keeps everything organized. It is a thick case, so don't expect some slim light case. I don't think you want to put a 2k+ iPad in something that isn't somewhat heavy duty. The magnetic case is really interesting, I've put it on my fridge a few times when cooking recipes. So far so good. It was a little bit of a workout trying to fit the iPad into the case. But once it was in it was fine. Some people said it was hard to work or position the on and off button inside but mine works just fine.

I finally found a cover for my iPad Pro12.9 inch that does what I need it to! The way- overpriced Apple magic keyboard cover with built-in keyboard’s biggest shortcoming was the very limited ability to change the viewing angle. I would have kept it even given the ridiculous price if it had been more adjustable. Anything I had found so far with a built-in keyboard has a similar issue.
