It has a place for your sponge and all you need to do is put a small pump on the sponge and wash away!! When I first received this I thought it would break pretty fast. I was pleasantly surprised that after 3 months of heavy use, it has held up beautifully. It is easy to clean. As you can see in the picture, the base comes off and you can empty and scrub the parts. The top of the soap holder pops off and can easily be filled. I buy the bulk size dish soap to fill it. The button on the front is a little hard to push, but I can do it with one hand, so it's workable. ... show more

I got this to eliminate the big dawn bottle I had on the counter and a place for my sponge, the pump works very well although the sponge that comes with it is thin and not very durable. It has a storage spot for a new sponge. So it works out. No dripping for the spout of the dispenser. Lid stays in place. Very good buy. Definitely recommend ... show more

Just got this recently and I love it! Was a lot smaller than I thought it be and it actually comes with the sponge shown in the pictures (while the sponge is poor quality it was still surprising). The pump on it works great and hold a good amount of soap in the container!

This is a great addition to my baby bottle cleaning supplies. It is clear to see if it needs to be topped off and the extra pockets on the side and back are great for the mini brushes for bottle nipples and a small sponge.
