I found the following issues, the venturi gaskets were slightly oversized rquiring minor trimming to fit, the accelerator pump is to small for the bore and totally ineffective. The needle and seat are questionable. I could not screw them in with my fingers and the threads look slightly different and didn't want to take a chance of damaging my airhorn.     • Be prepared to modify components to fit. Do not use needle seat!
You get what you pay for with this kit. I got halfway through installing new parts before I was stopped dead in my tracks when trying to install the needle seats. The threads on the seats were machined incorrectly and would not tighten correctly. You could probably jam them in at risk of damaging the threads in the top hat. Not worth damaging an expensive carb for a couple dollar part. In addition to the threads, the slot to tighten was too narrow for any standard screwdriver. I ran across this issue after already modifying other parts along the way. 1- The accelerator nozzle gasket was not correct and needed to be trimmed to fit. 2 - Hole at the top of the accelerator pump assembly was too small and needed to be enlarged to .100" to work correctly with the s clip. 3 - Electric choke gasket was too large and need to be trimmed to fit. 4 - Accelerator check ball was .003" smaller than the oem in the carb. Not sure if this is enough to cause an issue but noted it. Probably more issues but after the needle seat issue, returned the rest of the parts. Have to order another kit...wont be this one. ... show more

    • Incomplete / missing parts / poorly manufactured
Missing gaskets for the needle valve seats, slot in seats for screwdriver machined incorrectly (maybe .020" wide), no accelerator pump inlet check valve, no spec. sheet, venturi/discharge unit gaskets did not match, took much more time to rebuild the carb due to all the custom fitting and repair of components. Truly an inferior product and poorly made. I am a disappointed customer. ... show more

Accelerator pump swelled as soon as gas added had to b modified to fit, poor gasket fit, etc.
