So to set it up it was difficult at first but with a little bit of help it made it so much easier to install. It works amazing, the touchscreen has no delay what so ever and runs completely smoothly.     • Doesn’t work
I purchased this product to put into my 2001 Toyota Land cruiser. Took my vehicle and the radio to a professional audio installation shop in my town to have it installed with perfect quality. The audio shop called me as soon as they hooked up this new radio to the vehicle just to find that the radio would not power on. They took it out of the vehicle and hooked it up to a direct power source on an open table and there was still zero power shown from the radio. All of the wires and power sources were perfectly intact and connected properly with the radio obviously being the source of the problem. Unfortunately when I took the radio to the shop, it was past the return date on Amazon so now I’m stuck with a inoperable radio with no return available. ... show more

Great value for the price! Option's are as advertised - Apple Play is great! Front USB port is perfect for this option, bass response is great for the size of the unit, wiring harness well labeled, rear view or if you prefer making it a front mount camera. Video is great for daytime, nighttime is a little grainy but still a great view. Added a vehicle integration interface to retain rings and tones for door open, turn signal, etc….. again would buy this double DIN unit!!!!! ... show more

    • Installation was a bit tough.
I like the double din stereo system and the touchscreen functionality. The thing I was most excited about utilizing was the CarPlay feature. FYI, CarPlay only works via USB and that’s even in never cars. However, the installation seem to be a bit tough when inserting the mounting bracket screws. The holes were too small for the screws and vice versa. I eventually had to use a drill to screw it together and even then it didn’t work. Furthermore, the CarPlay functionality stopped working after about 3 days. Before, it would skip, take a long time to load, and freeze up. It eventually just went black with no intentions of rebooting or working again. The only reason I am giving it 4-stars is because the exchange process was pretty easy. The company it seems like operates on a Good Faith Clause meaning they will ship a protect out to you before you having to send it back first. They hope that you will return the old one. In a nutshell, the customer service was good. UPDATE: Don’t but this one. I got the second one and I don’t know but their engineering is way off. The screws they send are too big to screw on the bracket. I’m not sure how this became Amazons Choice or a #1 Best Seller. ... show more

Overall, the stereo works great. Easy to set up and use. Connecting to Bluetooth is super easy. Great connection with no outside interference. I love the rotating colors. Adds a bit of ambience to the dash. The touch screen works great but does need to be cleaned on a regular basis if it is touched a lot. Fingerprints are left visible. I found the microphone to be a nuisance. It's larger than I like. The upside to that size is that you can fold the microphone down so it's not sticking out. The rear view camera is so clear!! It was also very easy to program my favorite radio stations. I would recommend this item! ... show more

    • Not very bright, slow, and freezes frequently.
Heiha is the brand you will receive and the install is pretty easy. As far as the stereo goes and bluetooth connection those all work pretty good aside from the hard to see in full sun screen. My real issues is the apple car play. Been using this for the better part of 6 months now and I finally gave up and bought a more expensive better unit from a name brand. (they say you buy cheap you buy twice and I certainly had to buy twice). The car play is laggy and the touch screen is semi responsive. The worst part is that this unit will randomly freeze mid drive during navigation or even just playing music. The first few times it happened I reached out to the company email and they sent an update that was supposed to fix it. It did not resolve the issue and I dealt with the occasional freezing. I reached out again a couple weeks ago to see if there were any new updates and they just did not respond so I gave up and bought a name brand head unit which is night and day in comparison. Moral of the story is just spend $100 more and you'll have something of much higher quality. ... show more

It's an okay head unit. It does the job if you JUST want sound in your vehicle, like I did. Head unit doesn't do anything with android auto or any other features like it advertises. It connects via Bluetooth well. Volume doesn't go past 35, which isn't very loud at all. The user interface is absolutely trash though. ... show more
