Love the griddle! My kids are big fans of hibachi and I love bbqs. With this griddle we can cook them at home without having to go to a restaurant which saves us a lot money. Foods cooked by the griddle are delicious. The griddle is very sturdy and well built with quality materials. Assembly is super easy as it basically ready to use. There are three burners can be controlled individually which I really appreciate so different food material can be cooked at once with different settings. The size of the griddle is perfect for us either use at our backyard or for camping. The cooking top is removable and the cleaning is super easy. I have never had a flat grill before, this is my first time using one. This is such a quality and useful grill. This grill lets us cook like we are indoor but without the messy clean up. Cleanup is quite easy. I can cook almost anything on this grill. I can cook steak, burger, franks, chicken, fish, seafood and vegetables, fry rice and fry noodles on the grill using the high heat to seal in the juice. The cooking is very different from a regular BBQ. Fire cannot get in direct contact with the food, so the cooking is done healthier and grease fire is not as likely. This grill packs some heat from the 3 burners. The cook top is strong and heavy, basically it is one big cast iron pan. It is powerful and it cooks quickly. Due to the weight and size of the grill, the temperature is quite hot and even near the middle with an even hot spot of about 18 inches by 12 inches. I was able to cook steak in the middle and cook vege on the side at the same time. Using the stainless cover, I am able to slow cook some dishes as well. I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

Got this for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He love to cook on flat top grilles and had a cast iron one, but kept complaining it took to much to clean, so I got him this and he says it is so much easier to take care of. You don't have to keep it seasoned just wipe down after it cools off and you good to go. Cooks really good and fast too. The media could not be loaded. It is always a great experience to cook with this nonstick ceramic-coated cast iron pan. It makes it effortless to clean after the busy cooking. For example, I spray water when the pan is still hot, it makes it much easier to clean after cooking. Even After many times uses, it showed impressive great quality, it looks as good as new. I love the slide-out grease cup that gets all fat meat oil separated from the delicious food. The most thoughtful design of this tabletop grill is It has two types of regulators. One for camping use and one for home use. I found it very convenient to bring on camping, at least I don’t need to find or buy wood anymore. I bought this on Amazon Prime day and was excited at the 50% savings, but wished I would have purchased higher end brand. Not happy with this purchase at all. Very hard to regulate the burners (tends to burn everything, even when watched carefully), has a "dip' in the center that collects grease vs diverting to the grease trap. Perhaps I missed where it said it was a non stick coating instead of cast iron (I would not have purchased a non stick coating), but because it burns everything, the coating is no longer non stick and will not come clean. I could not find anywhere in literature where it said what type of utensils (ie: plastic for non stick), but plastic will not do due to the high heat. Would absolutely return this item, except for the disassembly and original repackaging making it virtually impossible to fit everything back in it. ... show more
