This back brace for low back pain won't completely get rid of your back pain, but it's a sturdy sidekick in providing spinal support. It does help with posture by keeping you tall and upright, which, in turn, may help take the edge off your pain's intensity. Can't really say it's helped me restore my lumbar curve but it definitely helps me stay upright. The brace is well-made and of good quality. The adjustable straps and strips are nice, letting you fine-tune the support to your liking. The removable back insert is also a thoughtful touch for customization.     • Firm stays allowed for support in multiple ways - ordering a 2nd Brace

After using for only 2 weeks, I am ordering a 2nd brace. It comes with 2 sets of stays but I left the aluminum stays in and it's helped much. I have sciatica pain and the radiating pain mostly affects my right hip. It affects no matter what position, especially for me when sleeping and walking. The aluminum stays in it are quite strong and give me the best results when sleeping. Pain in hip drops from a constant 3 to 4 out of 10 to a 1 or even less. The stays are not like a solid board as they are multiple rods so conform to my shape. So, they increase support under my hip when lying down to prevent "sinking curvature" when I sleep. This allows me to sleep 5 to 7 hours instead of just 3!! Also, I can get up and move around much more quickly than before. When lying down, I adjust the brace so that on the right side it is under my hip joint giving the support I need. Secondly, when I am standing the stays direct some of my upper body weight onto my hip bones rather than all on my lower spine. This allows me to walk further without too much pain although I still use a cane either way. Part of the reason for a 2nd brace is I'm borderline at medium to large. I ordered the medium first and now want a large too. Also, I wanted a 2nd brace so that one can be cleaned while wearing the other. ... show more

I have had chronic back pain with frequent exacerbations leading to bed bound state. I have tried multiple back braces with varying results but not optimal. That is until I tried the Camrier back brace with 3D lumbar support. This brace has 6 aluminum strips which provide extra support for the spine. This in turn reduced my back pain by aligning my spine. The second innovative feature is the 3D lumbar pad which relieves pain due to a herniated disc. It feels like deep tissue massage while wearing the brace. Finally, I am very impressed with the soft , strong material which no doubt will last for a long time.
