I don’t know how I’ve been managing without a back brace for so long. This one is very comfortable and adjustable to be as snug as you’d like. It stays in place and maintains its structure well. I used this, and it worked so well, I forgot to review it. I bought this in October of 23 for my back (sciatica). I immediately was able to move again. I kept using it for several days, and expected to review it next time I used it based on how long before I needed it again. I haven't. Hubs, however, jacked his up over Christmas.
