Unlike the two poor reviews on here which are untrue, there is no gap from zippers as they zip together toward each other and they don’t come with steaks to stick in the ground, it’s a hammock people. The thing works as advertised, the mosquitoe net stays off of your face and takes less than a minute to set up. The straps don’t tear tree bark and the hammock gives you plenty of room to wiggle around in. Recently purchased this Hammock for my annual huckleberry trip. I hike into the same lake at least once a year and it is unbearably steep, especially coming out. Wanted something that was lighter than a tent but would still keep the critters off of me, and this bad boy fit the bill perfectly. It hardly took up any space in my pack, and in a matter of minutes it was set up ready to use. Super sturdy, and super comfortable, it was waaaay better than sleeping on the ground, especially if you have a bad back like me. Got this setup between two trees in about 10 minutes. Climbed in and was into a nap within another 10 mins. This is a fantastic product so far. Fair price for the quality.

Fantastic hammock. I’m go camping quite a bit and as I’ve grown older- sleeping on the ground has become too painful for my back. Last 5 years I’ve been sleeping on a cot. This last trip was a 3-day backpacking trip into the high Uintas of Utah. Carrying a cot wasn’t an option and my boys talked me into trying a hammock. Sure glad I took the chance. It was actually the best night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. Started thinking of ways I could hang this in my bedroom, lol. The hammock is bog enough to sleep in a diagonal position which, after watching lots of YouTube videos, this eliminates the banana sag that most hammocks put your body in. Word of caution, when sleeping in chilly weather- you need to have insulation beneath you or the surrounding air will freeze you to death. Your sleeping bag isn’t enough insulation. When buying this product- highly recommend getting a “hammock quilt” that attaches to the outside, or, the klymit sleeping pad that’s made for a hammock. Outer quilt is significantly cheaper. I had my doubts but holy cow, this is great. Purchased due to other reviews and price. It was a good choice. Some people said it was too small for someone 6 foot. But my boyfriend is 6 ft 1 and I couldn't keep them out of it. He would wake up every morning and crawling it free from Bugs and able to wake up in Comfort. Some people said it wasn't durable, but my twin 13 year olds swung and fought over it and it managed to hang tight. I didn't smell any chemical smell. As for the straps not being adjustable and having to be wrapped around trees, I disagree. All I did was Loop it and tie a hand loop knot in it and it worked just fine and I didn't have to wrap it around the tree at all. I'm going to purchase a couple more so each family member has one, and I actually get to use it. The only thing I would warn is to keep it away from campfires. Even though it was 20 feet away from a campfire, small Sparks did cause tiny holes in the netting. ... show more

AMAZING. How was this only $20??? Took it camping a day after I got it. Easy to throw up between some trees and I fell asleep in it a few hours later. It doesn't come with rope for the bug net, but I always have paracord, and it was easy to string up. Very durable. So stoked. Best way to camp.
