I have held the air nozzle open while blowing dust out of the garage and never ran out of air after 5 minutes of constant use. The tank is 20 gallons and does not take long to fill. The compressor comes fully assembled I just had to attach the wheels, so setup was quick. As advertised it is quiet, I ran it to fill the tank and left it overnight - it only lost about 1 lb of pressure. That's the good news, the bad news is that the stand is welded to the tank catawampus and so the compressor leans to the left like an old man with a bum knee. Don't ask me how I know what that looks like. Based on my camera phone, it's about 4 degrees out of plumb. Not good and I'm worried it will cause the compressor to shake violently over time. I'd question the design of the axle bolts as well, by my estimation they are about 1/2" too short, they run through the wheels but do not extend into the bracket so there is quite a bit of play. (and yes, before you suggest that is why it's leaning, I double and triple checked the installation) It seems to work so I'm struggling with whether to deal with the hassle of a return or not. Overall though, this was essentially a gift from mia madre and so I'm disappointed it isn't of higher quality.c ... show more

This is my second compressor from California air tools and so far it’s seems just as good as the first one. It was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than the estimate and it was very well packed. It has no leaks, holds pressure, and the auto-drain works correctly. These are quiet, well build compressors, in my experience. My first California Air Tools compressor, a smaller model, is about ten years old now and still going strong. I’ve only had one problem with it which occurred when it was over two years past warranty. A brass fitting in the auto-drain assembly cracked causing it to leak constantly. I contacted customer service looking to buy a replacement fitting, since it was out of warranty. They sent me not one but two new fittings, the second one as a spare in case it failed again, free of charge. I didn’t pay anything for the fittings or postage. You can’t beat that for customer service! ... show more

Good , is very quiet but stopped working at week number 4 and right after 5 days of return window closed .I’ll contact the seller to see if they can guide me in the repair. I used this compressor for about 30 minutes maximum continuous running. One Saturday evening I turned on to inflate bikes tires then at night I tried again to use it and is dead. 🤷♂️ no even a noise, nothing. ... show more
