I have auto subscribed to these caffeine tablets after two orders, they work well within 20 minutes of taking one in the morning, I do find that I have to have at least something small to eat or I get an upset stomach but just a banana or something does wonders and helps me to be ready to work through the day with no crashing feeling. These will keep you up! They help you focus and make you feel wide awake. I don’t get jittery when I take them. They don’t taste bad or anything. Just a small pill. It does down easy. I only take one and it keeps me focused for about six+ hours.

Does what it should. Relatively inexpensive compared to the money I waste on pre workouts. Gives the same or better energy. It feels better on my stomach. I recommend to take this with a meal. It’s a lot of caffeine and like a lot of supplements it can give you a reason to hit the bathroom. This is not medication so it won’t go through the same warning treatment but if it did I’d imagine it be recommended to be taken with food. I also like to drop a pill in my drink sometimes and turn it into a pre workout drink. So far using this has been good. Great energy boost without the pre workout annoyances. I do slice off a star on the rating. For one the container recommends taking half a dose. You cannot break these pills in half easily at all. They’re too thick. The second reason is the taste. These taste awful and could benefit from being coated to avoid that. Soon as they hit your tongue be prepared to gag. Very awful taste. So drink it down fast or put it in a flavored drink like I do and let it dissolve. All in all it’s been cool so far. It’s just caffeine and I’m happy with that. Has a groove in the middle so you can take half easily! It's 100% caffeine... Hopefully... Im not a chemist, but it definitely gives you a kick. Drink water!!!!

    • Long Lasting - Just wish it came in a lower dosage
Great product, great price. At 220mg for like 8 bucks, they beat out the competition on both price and dosage. And I love the fact that you can cut them in half; and they even recommend doing so to get started. However even 110mg is a bit much for me at 140lbs 5'7". I don't dare take it too late in the morning for fear of being up all night. I use to take Instant knockout fat burner, which if you took only 1 of the pills instead of 4, had 75mg of caffeine. Which was the perfect amount for me. However, I've already burned the weight and can't justify the price. Problem is nobody makes a 75mg Caffeine pill. They make 50 and 100 but no 75. Even a 150mg that could be cut in half like this one would fill a whole in the market. ... show more

I take these in the morning so I can have some energy to start my day. I do not get any jitters and I also drink a 200mg energy drink. Large quantity for little price. I can stay focused on my task and get through the morning without nodding off at my desk.
