I just want to premise this review with the fact that I did the research and read the important product information like the dimensions, product capabilities, also read many reviews of the same exact product, even if the product (maker/seller) information was different, but the item picture was identicle. I am very aware that the item is much smaller than expected, thanks to reviews. But, I was not expecting that the product would not work, even after a couple attempts to make it work. Many reviews had relevant information (trying to tell me not to buy this particular product) but I gambled and made the purchase anyway. After my attempts to fix the unit, I feel like I was totally JACKED because it NEVER actually worked, EVER. I realize not everything you purchase via the web will be as explained, in perfect condition, the actual item you think your purchasing... (fill in the blanks yourself), BUY, most items should work to some extent. THIS IS A COMPLETE PIECE OF CRAPOLA! I regret not heeding the warning from others, I was still willing to give it a go. My mistake, you should learn from it! However, Ill am certain I will recover from my experience with this P.O.S. Sad that this product is still JACKING PEOPLE EVERYWHERE ON THIS PLANET! The media could not be loaded. It came all together, easy set up. It came with Three small balls. I haven’t tested it with other toys yet however. It does take three large D Batteries. The noise is not excruciating, but it is a little loud. The music mimics the sound most machines Like that make which makes it more fun. This is SO LOUD. You cannot turn the sound off or lower to volume. I wouldn't have bought this had I known. I can hear it across the house. The claw is pretty weak but it picks up the dinosaurs that came with it. My kids love it.

I wasn't sure about this one...Half expected to get a janky machine that was going to break within a week. So far, so good. It's fun, because I'll find trinkets around the house to throw in there for 'prizes'. All the small little randoms my kid brings home or collects from coin machines or treasure boxes at school....boom-claw machine prize. My kid got onto a vid call with classmates and won them prizes he took to school to them the next day. It's just good fun!! To be honest, the quality in which it's made isn't terrible either. The grip on the 'claw' seems to grab/hold pretty well. I've put things with a little weight in there for testing. Good stuff!! ... show more
