The furniture came in 2 shipments and 5 large boxes. This was no surprise as it is noted in the item description. I found it easy to put together due to reviews and videos. I did not tighten any screws until they were all in. I did it by myself and had hubby come tighten the screws. It took me about 2 hrs. Once you do the first chair...you develop a rhythm. There were a few washers missing but I just took 4 from another set. The pieces are large and comfortable. The firepit is larger than expected and looks high-end. I contacted the seller with a quick question and they responded quickly. I can't wait for the rug and decor to come so I can see the final results. We have had this set for about a month now. We get compliments on the beautiful color. The set is lightweight so easy to move around to change up the look. Aside from it hurting our backs as we put it together, overall it went together easily, even the fire table. We got two sets of covers with the set which was a nice bonus too. The communication from the sellers was also wonderful. They let us know it will come in multiple shipments and not to worry as it takes a few days to get it all. They also followed up to see how it was working for us and to make sure we had all of the parts. We are very happy with our purchase and hope it holds up. The pictures do not do this set justice. It is nicer than $5,000.00 sets I saw in person. I was reluctant buying online and paying $300 for shipping, however, I have no regrets. It looks amazing. My son put it together. It was tedious because everything had to be tightened by hand. It probably took 2-3 hours in total. It's very comfortable and not too low to the ground. We haven't gotten a propane tank for the fire pit, but that's next! ... show more

The Fire Pit Table is nice and larger than anticipated - perfect size! Comes w/ table cover too! and blue stones. The set is study and pretty easy to put together - just takes a little time and patience to tighten screws by hand with provided allen wrench. (can assemble faster w/ allen wrench bit on a screw gun). It is a nice color, and cushions are firm and covers are great. We bought this for our kids who just bought 1st home. Nice set! The customer service was excellent and highly responsive to questions as boxes came in not all at one time but within a few days of each other. I would buy from them again! I was looking for an outside sectional for my deck. Most were in the $3000 range. I saw this set but was hesitant as the shipping cost was high and if I didn’t like it, it would cost a fortune to return it. But then I read the reviews on how the customer service was excellent so I decided to pull the trigger. I was sent several messages from the seller telling me how many boxes would ship and at what times. They also sent links to videos that were very helpful in assembling the product. The included Allen wrench was a little cumbersome but I had a screwdriver with the correct attachment and that made it a breeze to put together.
