    • Great nonstick cookware and PFOA and PFTE free
First, do not listen to the people who apparently can’t read directions and give this cookware low ratings. Before using them you need to “cure” them, which is simple and only takes a few minutes and can be repeated if pans start to lose their nonstick properties. Also, NEVER use spray-on cooking oil with any nonstick pan as it degrades the nonstick properties, and I rarely use metal utensils and never put them in the dishwasher. The key is to use a little butter (I love and use a little Smart Balance that works great) or oil before cooking anything. If you read reviews of all nonstick cookware they all at least partially lose their nonstick properties — especially the ones that are PFOA and PFTE free like these, which is rare BTW — so using a little butter or oil is all it takes. I’ve used these pans for many, many years and they’re still working very well and make cleanup so much easier, even with burnt-on stuff that can be a nightmare with regular cookware. My only complaint with this set is it doesn’t come with a 12” pan, which is really a kitchen necessity and I’d much rather have than an 8” or 10” pan. Also, standard lids don’t lock in place on the pans, which is a little annoying if you don’t have Red Copper lids. Honestly, given their performance and value and that they’re both PFOA and PFTE free I can’t ever see buying any other cookware. Very highly recommended! ... show more

I wish I got this pan a long time ago. So much easier to clean up. Nothing sticks to the pan. Couldn’t find the lid that goes with it so I bought a universal lid and it’s working out just great.

Ditched expensive SS set for these. Love them. They are not the large standard size but maybe a little smaller. No regrets here, would buy again or as gifts.

Excellent product. Food cooks well on these things, and everything slides right out of the pan. No cooking oils or butter necessary. Scrambling eggs is easy peasy.

This set is the best pans I have had. No oil or grease need to cook. Wipes clean with a cloth so no need to wash everytime. Scratch resistant if you don't use metal utensils. I suggest using silicone cooking utensils instead of plastic. Heat resistant and super easy to clean. In the past, we’ve only bought the frying pan, mostly for eggs. This time we splurged and bought the whole set… 5X the cookware for 2X the price. Red copper is the best, ceramic is the best, we refuse to use Teflon because it’s toxic.
