  • So cool!
I LOVE Tetris. I'm widely known as the Tetris master. Need something packed? Please, allow me to apply my mad Tetris skills. I also love board games in general. Now that we've actually played, here's my review. It's super cool! And it's also so pretty. Like, I want to set up each of the towers and place them in my windowsill as decor. I like that the game can be simple or it can be more challenging by applying other achievements. I also really appreciate that little storage baggies are provided for each type of piece. Because there are many components the instructions seem daunting at first, but they're really not difficult to understand. Once you read them all the way through then everything makes sense and it's not hard to play at all. It's quite a bit of setup but I really think the first time playing is the most work, and after that it will be a breeze. I placed a napkin for each pile of pieces to keep them separate & easy to spot on my dark table. At the end, I placed all leftover pieces into their respective bags THEN emptied the towers and sorted those. Now it's all organized for the next time we play. It may take a minute to setup but if you like games & Tetris, it's worth it to be able to play this really cool hands-on version. We did, just once, have a piece get wedged into the tower right at the top but then it didn't get stuck anymore so maybe it was just a fluke. ... show more

  • Really fun, straightforward game
We played this at Christmas with our nephew and ordered it for ourselves immediately. As any Gen X’er will understand, Tetris has a special place in my heart. So, I was skeptical when I saw it had been made in table top form. Consider this cynic a table top Tetris convert! This combines the nostalgia of table top games with the nostalgia of our beloved computer game and hits the mark. It’s fairly quick play with super easy set up and clean up! Win. Win. Win! Would totally recommend! ... show more

  • Easy to lose pieces
Love the playstyle, easy to understand, and has several different gamemodes to play. The plastic is good quality, and the boards are the perfect size, able to fit all 4 on the same table. The "Tetrimino" pieces are VERY EASY TO LOSE, and there are a matching number of cards to the pieces. Make sure responsible individuals set up and pit away the game. Worth the price in the end. Hasn't gotten old yet, and continues to entertain. ... show more

  • Good, family fun
It's a good quality game for the family. My son was 9 when we got it and he caught on quickly. It's made with good material and will hold up well with a lot of use.

  • Instructions a little difficult to understand.
Look up YouTube videos to tell you how to play. Also, sometims the pieces get stuck in the matrix, so the design could be better. It is a pretty fun game, though, if you like strategy-type games.
