I think this is a good spot treatment. It's salicylic acid in a low concentration, so unlikely to be irritating. My only real complaint is that the tube has a puff applicator on the end, which seems unsanitary, but I just squeeze it out onto clean fingers instead.

I've been using a similar type of product for years, and this one works just as well. Plus, this has a small amount of azelaic acid which I think is a great addition since that also can help heal spots. The thin tube easily fits into a purse or pack so you can take it on the go; you can start treating a bump the minute you feel it coming on. The only thing I would change is that I don't prefer applicators that directly touch my skin; they seem less hygienic to me. I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions. This stuff is AMAZING! Shockingly, one of the best I’ve ever tried! I had a bump with white in it (you know what I mean, I am unable to type it out haha) that typically I need to use an spot treatment PLUS use a patch for it to help. I decided to just use this and no patch and by morning, it was gone! Also, other red bu.mps that can be painful, this helps overnight TREMENDOUSLY!! I 1000% will be ordering this over and over again!
