After having my Aladdin Dispenser for absolutely ever, the rubber gasket quit, and no one makes that double walled gasket. So! I took a risk and got this full metal one with two separate rubber gaskets that has two metal cupped pieces that allow you to apply all the pressure you need to seal it. The size worked like a charm. The hole was maybe a little bigger than 17mm, but this fit it perfectly. Looks like it will be much easier to clean too because the gaskets are solid and the metal piece opens up wide enough for the thin bristle pipe cleaner to scrub inside. Very happy!!! ... show more

Works great, feels nice and heavy. One complaint is the plastic blue coating on the stainless steel trim. It’s difficult to remove, rubbing it under water helped.

Our Berkey system has been leaking a bit from the edges of the original plastic dispenser / spigot. Probably just needed new gaskets, but in the process of looking for gaskets I found this whole replacement solution and decided to try it out. This serves as a perfect replacement, includes the new gaskets and everything you need, takes all of 1 minute to install, and it has been watertight, works great, and looks fantastic. I'd like the heavy duty stainless steel spigot very easy to install And a 90° on off so you don't go past the mark and have the spickets still open at a 180° What I didn't like is all the negative reviews
