When it came the monitor screen kept cutting off like a screen saver. After about an hour of going through the pc I came to the conclusion the hdmi cable was bad straight out the box. Purchased as a Christmas gift for my kid. Received it super fast... earlier than the expected delivery date. Was well packaged. Small dent/hole in shipping box most likely during shipping. Opened and tested the monitor, since the monitor's box was also dented. Monitor worked great... no problems. Everything I purchased is in the box and everything is packaged very well and securely. SJ Computers is the company that built the system. They included a sheet with a phone number for technical support, as well as information to be able to chat with technical support. I had a general question and called... Spoke with Ryan who provided great customer service and answered my question. We'll wait to get everything set up after Christmas and will update this review once we are up and running. I feel confident there will be no issues. ... show more
