I got these hearing aids for my dad because he has been having trouble hearing since he got covid. This really does help with his hearing. The first thing I will say about these is that the device can be connected to your phone so you can control it that way. I have not seen too much issue with controlling it on your phone versus manually. You do get the best of both worlds which is nice. These hearing aids look more like the traditional older hearing aids. They are definitely lighter and less noticeable but it does take time to get used to these hearing aids. With these you need to make simple adjustment to find the right volume level that is the most comfortable. It does not come with the ear pieces installed so you need to do that manually. Be a bit careful as the wire is pretty thin. You do not have want to yank too hard and rip the cord. The headphones are able to stay in your ear pretty well with the loop. It is a snug fir so I was able to swing my head around and the hearing aids stayed in my ear. It comes with several different ear pieces so you can find the piece that works for you. It does take a bit of twisting to get the ear piece on so be aware of that. To power the device on, you just have to take the earphones out. I noticed that it started playing the sound when I took the headphones out. It was pretty loud from just the initial setting so start from low and make your way up to avoid the loud noise. Also controlling volume is pretty simple as well. I found the easiest way to find comfort level is start low and increase the volume slowly. It helps with not "blowing out your ear drums". It comes with a charging dock rather than a case. The dock is nice and it is pretty simple to put the headphones in. Note that it really goes in one way and it should be a simple drop. If it feels stuck then it is the wrong way. The headphone controls should be facing the side with the type c port. The type c cable is just your standard length and you can easily replace it with a longer one. It does not have a charging brick. The charging prongs inside make connecting easy and be aware that you need to remove the plastic cover under the hearing aids to charge it initially. There is an LED indicator on the back to show you charging level. The sound is pretty good. It is clear and does not sound robotic. My dad is able to hear more clearly without much issue. He chooses the manual way to adjust the headphone so he can adjust the volume accordingly. The headset last for quite sometime but he tends to charge it at night. It does beep when the battery gets low as a warning. Overall this hearing aid is really nice. I am impressed with how the sound is amplified. It is clear, loud, and effective. You can adjust the sound accordingly but there is no mode (movie mode or such) so you do need to make adjustments accordingly to your situation. I really love the charging dock. It is a simple drop and charge. It does make it a bit problematic to charge on the go compared to a case one. Also there is no real case to protect it at night if it happens to fall. I do like the fact it is thin but the wire part being so thing makes me scared it can break if caught on something. It fits the ear perfectly. The bluetooth connection is strong and gives you a bit of an additional use out of it but I found this manual part a bit more towards less people technology literate. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are pretty small and I thought hard to see in my wife’s ear The design seems nice. Check with your doctor that these will be what you need to help I like the carry case and think it’s nice Overall these seem nice and hopefully will help you hear better
