I normally don't order plants online after having a few bad experiences but I've been wanting a Ginseng Bonsai for awhile now. So I took a chance and ordered this one, it was a great description of the plant and I liked what I had seen and the price wasn't bad either! When my Ginseng Ficus tree arrived, the idiot delivery guy brought it at night and without a notification my poor plant sat outside my door overnight! Thankfully here in Pennsylvania it wasn't too cold yet, but in the morning when I found it, it was cold. I quickly brought it inside and sat it by my oven which was warm from my baking. The plant sat there all day and by night it seemed fine. It was wrapped securely around the base with Saran Wrap to keep the soil in the small nursery pot,it was wet but not soggy for the trip to me. The plant hadn't been harmed by the cold because the box also had some stuffing inside to keep the plant from bumping around... I was so impressed by the quality and care given to the plant for its shipping, that I just ordered another one as a Christmas gift for a friend! Needless to say I'm very happy with this purchase, see my tree in the photo, it's been transplanted into a new pot by me and he is so handsome! The media could not be loaded. I got this for my wife for mother's day. I wasn't sure what to expect, as every tree is different, but it turned out 100% best case scenario. I live in AZ, and it's starting to get hot, so I wasn't sure how the shipment would be. Perfect durability, Great condition, perfect size, beautiful shape, elegant color, we'll see how she holds up.. so far, so good. ... show more

I just recently bought 12 bonsais from Brussels, last one was a Japanese Red Maple, arrived dead, the five day return policy is a hoax, be aware, they didn’t don’t return your messages, Amazon should review this supplier, your will be disappointed it.

Just arrived and it is a great tree. I got the small one because space in my house is limited and it is perfect. I was really worried about it shipping in the winter but it came quickly and looks happy. I gave it only 4 stars because it said it would come with a humidity tray and rocks and it didn't. I bought another tree from them about four years ago and it is still alive and kicking I hope this will be the same. ... show more
