I just recently bought 12 bonsais from Brussels, last one was a Japanese Red Maple, arrived dead, the five day return policy is a hoax, be aware, they didn’t don’t return your messages, Amazon should review this supplier, your will be disappointed it.

The media could not be loaded. There are some dark spot on the leaves. I have to buy more products to save my bonsai from disease. Also, I have to order a bigger pot and special soil. A part of root is out of the soil because the bonsai is bigger than what it should be.
