  • Good quality bidet kit
This is my 3rd bidet, this is a very simple non electric bidet. It lacks advanced features but is beautiful in its simplicity and delivers a refreshing blast of cold water to your nether regions. You hook it up to the water line and turn one direction to spray your but the other direction to clean the nozzle. The intensity goes up the further u turn it. Installation is simple un hook your water line from the toilet, put the t adapter put the line back, and screw the new bidet hose from the t adapter to the bidet. Then just unscrew the toilet seat, place the bidet under neath and put the seat back in place. I'd guess 15 minutes or less of work. The bidet kit is pretty good quality the hose and t adapter are all metal. Washers and plumbing tape are included. The only part i dont like is that the hose attachment interface on the bidet is plastic instead of metal, but so far everything has worked fine. ... show more

  • even the kiddos like it
This review is for the "Brondell SS-150W SimpleSpa Thinline Essential Bidet Attachment for Toilet Seats with Adjustable Water Pressure, Side Arm Control, Thin Profile, White (Single Nozzle)." The bidet arrived in a sturdy box with individual pieces bagged in plastic. Instructions were included. One thing I decided to change on the installation of this is I bought a t valve with an on-off function. We do occasionally host large groups and I imagine not everybody is familiar with how a bidet works. In order to minimize the chance of someone little using it like a fountain I thought it was a good idea to be able to turn it off if needed. I settled on this one: Hsmhose Bidet T Adapter with Shut off Valve,Metal T Valve for Bidet 7/8” X 7/8” X 1/2”or 3/8”,Tee Connector Bidet Attachment for Toilet https://a.co/d/9BdmxNV I have kiddos in the house arranging from 4 years old to 11 and all of them are successfully using the bidet. We've only had it installed for about a week, and we've already noticed a decrease in the amount of toilet paper being used. My next plan is to get a two nozzle bidet for the upstairs toilet. I like how the nozzle has a self-cleaning function and how the little protective door in front of the nozzle swings open for access if needed. I really like how simple and intuitive the design is overall. I highly recommend this and would buy it again. Five stars. ... show more

  • Simple, easy to install, works as intended
I've been wanting to try one of these add-on bidet attachments for quite some time. I have been hearing ads for competitor products like the Hello Tushy and others on podcasts and just never felt motivated to try one until I ran across this Brondell model. It looked like a pretty straightforward install, so I decided to give it a try. I'm happy I did! The installation was pretty simple. While it did require me to stand on my head and lean across the toilet to put it in, it only took about 20 minutes to remove the toilet seat, attach the diverter, and hook up the included supply line. The only tools I needed were a screwdriver and a pair of channel lock pliers. Once it was installed, testing was pretty simple as well. There are only two functions, cleaning mode, and bidet mode. Twist to the left for cleaning mode and to the right for bidet mode. Off is in the center. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it. It looks pretty unobtrusive installed, and the jet of water can be varied depending on the knob position. While the water isn't heated (it comes out room temp/water faucet temp) I'm ok with that. I didn't want to have to worry about installing a power outlet for a heated model or snake a hot water line somehow from under my sink like some models require. All in all, I think this is a pretty good basic bidet attachment that gets the job done. I would definitely recommend it, especially considering its low price point. ... show more

  • Affordable and Elegant
It has been a number of years that I've been tempted to try a bidet. This is a really great way to see if you love the idea without spending a whole lot of money. At only $40 this is a great value. Installation is really easy. I had a bit of a hard time getting one side of the toilet seat off but other than that, it was pretty simple to install. The only minorly complicated part was the rubber washer that goes into the top of the water supply T. The washer wasn't shown in the parts list or the assembly diagrams and it is only mentioned in the words so I missed it the first time. It needs to be installed in the top of the T with the domed part on the top. The design of turning the handle one way to spray and the other way to clean the sprayer is pretty ingenious. The sprayer is really strong. I'd say too strong. You need to be careful when turning on the sprayer to turn it very slowly if you want to avoid a very aggressive spray in the privates. Other than that, this is a really great solution. Turns out we like having a bidet in the bathroom and it has me considering a more expensive model with heated water. Overall very happy with the "Brondell SS-150W SimpleSpa Thinline Essential Bidet Attachment for Toilet Seats with Adjustable Water Pressure, Side Arm Control, Thin Profile, White (Single Nozzle)". ... show more

  • Nice budget bidet
You know what they say, once you go bidet, you never go back. This bidet came with everything I needed to complete the install: teflon tape, tubing, a split fitting to divert the water. The instructions were also easy to follow, but this was not my first bidet install. Install took me about 20 minutes, and no leaks on the first try! Now for the bidet, since this is a budget bidet with no power, you are only getting cold water. Don’t worry too much, you get used to cold water quickly. This bidet can spray with varying levels of pressure, and has a self cleaning function. Self cleaning sprays off the inside nozzle only, so you need to know that you will still need to manually clean off the outside every once in a while. This particular bidet also sprays a little hard, I am using it on the lowest pressure setting most of the time. Again, over time, tolerance will increase to the higher pressure. Everyone should use a bidet, so go make it happen. ... show more
